Hello to All,
This past month has been quite a roller coaster ride. After a little over eight years, and with heavy hearts we are saying goodbye to Andy Emery. Andy has been a staple of this team. It has been my pleasure to watch her grow in this business. We will miss her.
We understand that some of you would miss her too. We appreciate your business, whether you continue as a Debony Salon customer, or you follow Andy on her new adventure. I thank you for all of these years of business.
Additionally, Marissa Schoen, who has been away on maternity leave since the birth of baby Piper in January has decided to stay home with the girls! She will also be missed, but we understand what a wonderful gift having a stay at home mom can be! We wish this little family all the best.
Moving forward we have lots of exciting things on the horizon for the salon. As many of you know we are working on plans for expansion. With that we are looking for new talent! Many of you may not know that our business model is employee based as opposed to a booth rental, where individuals work as independents, essentially renting space.
In this model, employees at Debony receive benefits such as paid vacations, health insurance, and constant education, just to name a few! Word of mouth has always seemed to be the best source for sharing opportunities. If you know someone who would be interested in a career at Debony feel free to share my information email@example.com.
In the meantime, we will still be doing what we always do, looking to improve the quality of our products and services. Which reminds me, don’t forget to check out our new Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure services! It dries in just 5 minutes! Check it out, it’s for real.
I look forward to seeing you all. I welcome any comments, suggestions or feedback you have. Your opinions are important to me.
